The Stakes Are High.
The Education Should Be Too.
"My patients have been my greatest teachers. They have shown me that healing is not just what we do — it's how we show up. Every word, every silence, every moment of connection matters. That is what twenty years in this field has taught me. And that is what I am here to share." — Dr. Angela Lorbeck
Cancer care has a gap.
Education is part of how we close it.
As more people affected by cancer seek integrative and supportive care, the need for knowledgeable, confident professionals continues to grow.
That's why the Oncology Acupuncture Collective offers education through two distinct pathways:

Ideal for:
-
acupuncture students,
-
licensed acupuncturists
-
academic programs
Cancer-Informed Professional Education
Ideal for:

community-based organizations
Path to Clinical Confidence
Because this work isn't just about learning protocols. It's about developing the knowledge, judgment, and confidence to care for people affected by cancer —and the humanity to care for them well.
From guest lectures and conference presentations to CE programs, curriculum development, academic collaborations, and customized educational experiences, every offering is grounded in science, informed by clinical reality, and shaped by nearly two decades in integrative oncology.
"As far as I'm concerned, Dr. Lobeck has the trifecta: (a) she is extraordinarily passionate about what she does and it comes through in her sharing and teaching; (b) she has comprehensive information available about the cancer care continuum and how integrated modalities can fit; (c) and she makes the information digestible, useful, and easy to implement. I took her Integrated Oncology CEU course at the end of February 2026, and I now have the confidence to assist cancer survivors safely, effectively, and with heart. It was all from this class."

Reflections from Participants
"I trained and worked under Dr. Lorbeck’s supervision for almost the entirety of my clinically-based acupuncture education. I can speak so highly of her ability to lead with and inspire a professional integrity based in empathy. Dr. Lorbeck is a kind listener, an eager collaborator, a humble leader. Even with her vast experience and knowledge she has the ability to simply explain procedures and pathologies without ever neglecting to stress the uniqueness of the individual patient’s journey, as well as the simple truth that patients are going through the fight of their lives. I recommend working with and learning from Dr. Lorbeck to anyone looking to sharpen their sense of what it means to provide actual care through medicine."
